
Kroma Entertainment celebrated breakthroughs of its brands with trade partners and media.
On their first face-to-face event dubbed “Kroma Overload” at the Power Mac Spotlight in Circuit Makati recently, brand partners and special guests witnessed Kroma’s milestones for the past six months.

Ian Monsond, Kroma Entertainment’s CEO, thanked his team for making Kroma Entertainment possible.
“Globally, we have been working hard to deliver relevant and meaningful entertainment content and experiences to Filipino audiences, with the help of different business units in Kroma. We continue to bring the best to all the audience,” Ian said.
He also mentioned some of the company’s highlight projects such as Erik Matti’s film On the Job: The Missing 8 which was nominated for an Emmy Award.

“That is what Kroma is all about, to bring Filipino talent to the world stage,” Ian added.
Morisette’s rendition of the song, “Gusto ko na bumitaw” garnered thousands of streams and became a challenge on TikTok. The event also got exciting as Morissette herself performed the song.

Aside from Morissette’s powerful performance, Drag Race Philippines season 1 contestant Turing, Corazon, and Brigiding performed during the event. Games, raffles, and other special surprises were given to the guests and brand partners.
Before ending the event, Bianca Balbuena, Kroma Entertainment’s head of studios, Anima & Secret Menu, shared the upcoming projects, film, and series under Kroma Entertainment. They include “Marupok AF,” directed by Quark Henares; “Misconnections,” directed by Janice Chung; “Simula sa Gitna,” directed by Dan Villegas; and “The Pharaoh,” directed by Mikhail Red.
